Job Title: Operation Assistant Manager
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
The LMD mission is to ensure sufficient capacity and accurately comply with the delivery date requested by the customer to deliver and install the products. The Department is responsible for overall process handling with Client request and resolving issues as well as coordinating with vendors designated to provide LMD Service to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Delivery and Installation Management
- Check delivery schedule, information, etc. for orders
- Manage the order/installation capacity
- Make and manage installation guidance for technicians
- Net promoter score (NPS), On time delivery (OTD), Defect occurrence rate, etc
- Installation and Delivery Volume Analysis
- Manage whether returned products are in stock properly
2) Customer Claim Management
Communicate client and vendors to resolve customer claims
Manage customer claim and set up claim resolution process
Monitoring trucks operations each region
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Related field preferred
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, and team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service or relevant experience
- Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
- Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and concise communication skills with good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
